    Best Thing About the Area: Heavily diverse. 60% of the community are seniors. Targeted community for development. Designated National Historic District. Over 3,000 residents are business owners. Over 800 houses and businesses!

    Who we are: A small but mighty group of neighbors on the near west side eager to improve the community and help each other.
