OneHope NEO supports the near westside neighborhoods of Cleveland by helping to reduce poverty and address socioeconomic disparities. To do this, we provide direct services to community members and strategic services to block club leaders and partner organizations.

Direct Services for the Community.

  • OneHope NEO partners with Global Cleveland and Catholic Charities to prepare homes for immigrants and refugee families arriving to the USA. We also Connect with us to learn more!

  • OneHope NEO renovates and manages properties to provide short-term housing for refugees, immigrants, and community members in need. In the future, we will provide tenants a rent-to-buy model to promote generational wealth.

  • OneHope NEO hosts quarterly community cleanup days to help beautify the westside neighborhoods of Cleveland. The projects that we support are continuations of projects from other community organizations or are home and property repairs that community and block club leaders have identified.   • On the third Wednesday of every month, OneHope NEO distributes perishable and nonperishable food items to 325+ families that live in the Clark-Fulton area. Click here to register for the food distribution.

Strategic Services for Block Clubs and Community Leaders.

OneHope NEO helps community members develop and grow block club and community groups. Learn more about how we come alongside community leaders to provide support below.

  • OneHope NEO works with block clubs and community leaders to help develop annual plans, coordinate resources and support, and grow outreach and development to amplify the great work these leaders are already doing.   • OneHope NEO works with community members, block clubs, and community groups to identify projects that we can work on, together, to better Cleveland’s near westside neighborhoods. We also host monthly volunteer raffles with awesome prizes for volunteers as our way to say ‘thanks!’ for working with us! To learn more, click here.

  • Please join us for our free monthly community resource sessions! These will be workshops, discussions, and information to address pressing needs.

    Sessions will be held at OneHope NEO office (3202 Fulton Rd. Cleveland OH 44109) on the second Thursday of each month from 6:30-8pm. Sign up here is reserve your spot today!

  • OneHope NEO partners with block club and community leaders to identify individuals that need support and cannot get out of their homes to provide monthly food deliveries. Click here to learn more.

  • OneHope NEO works with high students that want to help make their community a better place to live. Student leaders, working with OneHope NEO team members and volunteers, are given the tools, resources, and support to develop programs and opportunities for their friends, neighbors, and communities.

Consider us a (free!) consultant, partner, or advisor – one that has the time to focus on the issues that the community knows are there, but that one organization doesn’t have time to address on its own.
